Manufacturing Facilities at Forge Plant, Kundli

The forge plant is equipped with Hammers (1 Ton, 2.75 Ton and 6.5 Ton), Trimming Press, Bilet Heating Furnaces, an up setter, Rolling Machine, Band Saws a tool room and a heat treatment shop. In addition we have state of the art machine shop equipped with CNC’s so that fully machine forging can be supplied to the customer.To ensure quality, the plant is with chemical, metallurgical, mechanical and non-destructive testing laboratories. NDT laboratory has facilities for ultrasonic flaw detection, Magnetic particle inspection, Dye penetration and Radio graphic tests. For mechanical testing, we have facilities of universal testing, impact and hardness tests. In addition the laboratory is equipped with spectrometer, for quick chemical analysis.
